- The building as the project deals with (the red blocks) consists of 2 housing blocks with living room, 1st floor and 2nd floor, which contains a total of 47 homes and a commercial lease with hairdresser. The dwellings in the red blocks are divided into 1, 3- and 4-bedroom homes.
The addresses are:
Gillesager 274-280, 2605 Br0ndby (block 1)
The building is surrounded by green outdoor areas with playgrounds, tables/benches and a ball court on an independent land.
The department also has its own Parking area.
The overall plan was adopted by a resident vote in the spring of 2022 and forms the construction program for the renovation.
All residents must be re -housed for a period during the renovation.
Completion of the overall plan contains overall following activities/building parts:
