Description:
In Guldborgsund Municipality, there remains among other things as a consequence of the state's water area plans, which form a significant part of the basis for the municipality's waste water plan - a number of properties in the open country that must be sewered. The project, 29241, constitutes the last stage of sewerage in the open country and includesr sewerage of approx. 365 properties spread over most of Guldborgsund Municipality.
Project 29241 is carried out as a turnkey contract with project development for two reasons:
• The project has been selected as a strategic trial for the incorporation of climate goals, efforts and documentation in Guldborgsund Forsyning tender (construction and renovation projects).
• The project contains a number of sub-elements, the solution and scope of which can only be determined as part of the project implementation.
In order to meet the above, the project is planned and implemented in close cooperation between the Client and the General Contractor as well as hassociated subcontractors, consultants, etc. and, as necessary, other relevant stakeholders, including Guldborgsund Municipality, and Guldborgsund Forsyning agree that it is a learning process for all parties
The Builder has, prior to the conclusion of the Total Contract, divided the Projectin two stages with associated partial stages. Each Sub-stage is initiated by the Client in accordance with the overall Master Plan determined in phase P3 for Sub-stage I-2 onwards after the evaluation of the previous completed Sub-stage.
