- The specialist area of Social psychiatry for adults (SVO) wants to build a sustainable building that future-proofs the existing housing offer, Tangkaer.
Several of the existing homes do not meet the social welfare inspectorate's and Region Central Jutland's standard that a long-term housing offer for adults as a starting pointkt consists of two rooms, toilet/bathroom and a (tea) kitchen. At the same time, the purpose is to future-proof Tangkaer in terms of being able to accommodate more citizens with outward-reacting behavior and a greater need for shielding.
When the construction project is finished, there will in future be a total of 62 homes on Tangkaer (20 homes, dept.eling HS (Huntington's Disease)/42 housing department SP (Social psychiatry)).
