Description: TMF provides parallel framework agreements on technical advice and assistance in order to quickly and easily acquire technical services.

Part Agreement 1 is aimed at Consultants with capacity and financial strength and competencies to take on planning, design and conservation of a larger portfolio of recovery projects on both regional roads, distribution roads, childhood streets and stretches (complex stretches with substantial traffic) and other streets and roads (streets with limited local traffic).

Partial agreement 2 is aimed at capacity and financial strength counselors and competencies to assume planning, design and conservation for a small portfolio of recovery projects on other roads and streets (streets with limited local traffic).

It is expected that Framework Agreement is concluded with 4 advisors on sub-agreement 1 and 2 advisors on sub-agreement 2 (parallel framework agreements).
