Description: in Aarhus Municipality; Children & adolescents are planned in the coming years a number of new buildings, rebuilding and renovation of day-care institutions, and the framework agreement offered includes total consultancy in the broad sense in connection with these projects. The Framework Agreement thus includes both larger and smaller tasks in connection with day-class buildings in Aarhus Municipality.

Overall, it includes:
1) New construction of 4- to 6-group day care institutions
2) New construction of other projects, including special institutions, cf. 3) Conversion and renovation of day-care institutions, special institutions and similar buildings for children in pre-school age
Based on the above tasks and from the current forecast, an overall economic framework (construction costs plus costs) is expected during the 4-year maturity of the framework agreement: approx. DKK 300 million Excl. VAT.
