Description:
Framework agreements for surveyor services with either surveying from the ground or from the air in connection with the start-up of infrastructure projects on existing facilities.
Sub-agreement 1
Banedanmark expects in the coming years to carry out a number of major and minor construction projects and in relation to these projects, soal a number of land surveying tasks are carried out. This sub-agreement concerns surveying from the land. The consultant must perform the surveying services in accordance with Banedanmark's requirements and specifications. The advice includes surveying services that are necessary to implement railway projects, including: Feye point establishment, level element measurement, detail measurements, as well as various ad hoc measurements. The tasks will vary in size from tasks lasting a few hours to tasks that extend over several weeks. The tasks will have an uneven distribution, where at times there will be more tasks to completeres simultaneously, and correspondingly there will be periods with few or no tasks. The Framework Agreement is not exclusive, and Banedanmark has the right but not the obligation to purchase services under this Framework Agreement. The framework agreement therefore does not in any way limit Banedanmark's right to purchase similar services fromother advisers, just as it does not limit Banedanmark's right to undertake the performance of the services itself. Banedanmark does not commit to a minimum move on the Framework Agreement.
