Description:
Uniit wants to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier on development and support (sparring and error direction, but not on-site operations and Helpdesk) as well as consultancy assistance in connection with the financial management system (ERP), HR system (HCM), Performance Management (EPM), as well as (OCI) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, which will be referred to as a cloud going forward. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 48 months. The offered framework agreement will cover the participating institutions' overall needs for IT consulting services in relation to ERP, HCM, EPM and Cloud. During the agreement period, the focus is expected on the following activities: 1) Software development, including new development and development of additional functionality, configuration, parameter setup and upgrades, as well as delivery, implementation and installation of new versions software covered by the framework agreement; 2) Support, including troubleshooting, remedy of errors, preparation of scripts for use in error search and assistance associated with patching and other; 3) Operating support, including establishing and maintenance of testing and development environments 4) Execution of tests; 5) Migration/conversion of data and setup/configuration; 6) Preparation of documentation; 7) Project management and project and contract management; 8) Coordination with other suppliers; 9) Change management; 10) Execution of cessation assistance 11) Participation in meetings, facilitation and other communication with the customer and other customer's suppliers; 12) Ana ...
