- The tender includes a framework agreement for the supply of IT consulting services for the .Net technology area.
The overall purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure that the National Police has access to highly qualified consulting assistance in connection with the development, maintenance and further development of the National Police's .NETsolutions.
The National Police at Group IT has an internal software department that, through various teams, develops proprietary software solutions for the Police. One of these teams is the "Dot Net team" which develops Microsoft .NET solutions. These consist of both Web solutions, Full Stack Solutions and Backend Windows Solutions. The framework agreement includes consulting services for the following tasks in the .NET solutions:
Development
Integrations
Configuration
Maintenance
Architecture
General consulting
The tasks must be delivered "on location" in the Police through the use of the Police's development environment and developmenttools, and must be carried out in close collaboration with the Police's development team and using the Police's tools and standards.
The concrete technologies, methods and tools that must be used when carrying out the tasks under the framework agreement are described in Annex 1 of the framework agreement.
The services must be delivered bya consulting team consisting of 5 .Net developers who have deep competences within .Net, both theoretically, via courses and certifications, as well as practically via concrete projects.
