Description:
Framework agreement on spare parts incl. tyres, special tools and diagnostic instruments/licenses for selected Mercedes-Benz vehicles in the armed forces. The tender is carried out as a so-called assortment tender, cf. § 45 of the Tender Act. Appendix C.1 contains selected listed products which are considered to be a reprepresentative sample of the products FMI expects to purchase during the term of the agreement. Appendix C.1 should therefore not be regarded as an exhaustive list of products, but as a representative sample of the expected consumption during the term of the Agreement.
