Description:
AFATEK A/S (hereinafter "AFATEK" or "contractor") currently handles the processing and sale of slag for recycling from a number of incineration plants in Zealand.
This tender includes a framework agreement regarding ship transport of slag from a port in Zealand to a port in Jutland. The slag must drainnsport as bulk material. In addition to the ship transport itself, the offered service also includes the loading of the ship. The framework agreement has a duration of 24 months. The estimated amount of slag that must be shipped by ship in total during the period is 100,000 tonnes. The maximum amount of slag gravel to be transported ex120,000 tonnes. The framework agreement expires when 120,000 tonnes have been transported, even if this had to happen before 24 months have passed.
