Description:
When establishing this framework agreement, the contracting entity wants to have the opportunity to acquire maintenance services on wood cutting at Energinet's overhead lines-LOT 3-Zealand and Lolland-Falster. For a detailed description of the acquisition offered, refer to the benefit description (Doc. No. 24/16348-4).The offered framework agreement has a duration up to and including 31.12.2027. In addition, the framework agreement can be extended by 3 x 12 months. The value of the framework agreement is expected to amount to approx. 105 million DKK. Consumption can only be regarded as an estimate and, as a result, is not obliging to the contracting entity. The contracting entity is right butNot a duty to buy the services covered by the framework agreement from the selected tenderer, cf. 1.3.
