Description:
A 4-year framework agreement is being offered regarding assessments of state properties.
The state owns real estate in the form of buildings, plots, areas, etc. The state's properties serve various purposes and tasks within the state. This is therefore a versatile and diverse property portfolio. By the ownertypes of prisons can be mentioned, for example, service housing, office buildings, barracks, depots, prisons, detention centers, educational buildings, undeveloped plots, etc. In addition, the state's properties are located throughout Denmark and, to a limited extent, also in Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
When these properties do not last longre must be applied to the state, they must be disposed of. When the properties are to be disposed of, they are transferred to the Ministry of Finance, which transfers the properties to the state-founded property company, Statens Ejendomssalg A/S (Freja). The supplier must carry out a valuation for all immovable propertieslse and draw up an assessment report that meets the requirements of the Swedish Companies Act for contributions in kind of immovable properties. For certain state depositors, the supplier must also carry out a valuation and draw up an assessment report for the properties' estimated tender prices.
