Description:
This procurement notice relates to the Ministry of Defense's Material and Purchasing Agency (FMI's) Awarding of Framework Agreement on the purchase of insurance cabinets and weapons cabinets. The purpose of the cabinets is to secure and protect weapons and/or other equipment from theft and unauthorized access. Fuse cabinets and weapons cabinets mustcomply with the fuse classes in the current version of the standard DS/EN 1143-1 (or equivalent), and two sub-agreements are offered: Sub-Agreement 1-Lower fuse classes: includes the fuse classes 0-4. Sub-Agreement 2-Higher Fuse Classes: Includes Fuse Classes 5-6 as well as Fuse Class 7 and Higher(special solutions). In addition to predefined cabinet sizes, the framework agreement includes customized interiors for the cabinets as well as customized cabinets (based on customer -specific needs), hotline and education. The framework agreement is offered with a duration of 4 years plus option of 3 years extension. On eachSub -agreement is concluded parallel framework agreements with two suppliers according to a cascade model. It is a requirement that the supplier has facilities in Denmark, from which the cabinets are delivered to FMI. On the facilities, there must be access for FMI to make a replacement of locks to the defense used by the defenseLock type before delivery must be done. The detailed requirements for the facilities are shown in the tender documents. The tender documents will only be published to the pre -qualified companies.
