Description:
The tender includes a framework agreement for the purchase of painting services for the Statens Serum Institut. On 1 May 2024, responsibility for the above-mentioned services passes to Statens Facility Management (SFM). This framework agreement then covers all exterior painting work and interior painting work on that part of the buildings atSSI, which due to special circumstances does not transfer to SFM. Special conditions apply, for example, in buildings with laboratories. In addition to the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the buildings covered, the building mass is continuously renovated and expanded. The framework agreement also includes minor eentry prices (projects) where the services have a total value of less than DKK 1,000,000 excl. VAT. The framework agreement, including the general provisions for building and construction (AB 18 Simplified) with the deviations listed in Annex 6, constitutes the overall agreement between the parties on the performance of servicescovered by the framework agreement.
