Description:
Audit and endorsement of the annual report (consolidated accounts) and related audit tasks, including the submission of various declarations. The service includes auditing and endorsement of the annual reports for Sund & Baelt Holding A/S (including consolidated financial statements), A/S Storebaelt, A/S 0resund, Sund & Baelt Partner A/S, Fehmarn A/S, A/S Femern Landanlaeg, BroBizz A/S, BroBizz Operat0r A/S and 0resundsbro Konsortiet I/S. Audit protocols, various declaration tasks and management letters must be prepared, as well as audits of any new companies. Please refer to the service description for further description of the audit task. The Sund & Baelt group's primary task is to own, build and operate critical infrastructure in the form of fixed connections, including roads, bridges, railways and port facilities. Sund & Baelt Holding A/S is a 100 per cent state-owned limited company and subject to public regulation. The activities of the companies are determined by law. The Danish state guarantees loans, financial instruments and interest for financing the facility on the Storebaelt, the 0resund land facility as well as the design and construction of the Fehmarnbelt connection and, to a certain extent, other financial obligations in the companies concerned and in Sund & Baelt Holding A/S. The Danish and Swedish states jointly guarantee loans, financial instruments and interest for financing the facility on the 0resund between the Danish and Swedish coasts.
