Description:
The framework agreement includes the provision of advice and the preparation of building rights and land valuations in connection with the purchase of land as well as the tendering of municipal land in Aarhus Municipality. The tendered framework agreement constitutes one out of a total of 3 framework agreements for the same service.
It is expected that the value of the tendered frameworkaagreements over a 4-year period amount to DKK 1,500,000.00 excl. VAT, and that the maximum value of the framework agreements for the same 4-year period amounts to DKK 2,000,000.00 excl. VAT. The framework agreements are not exclusive, and the adviser is not guaranteed a minimum turnover on the framework agreement.
The framework agreement expires without special skilt notice 3 years after signing the agreement, but Aarhus Municipality is entitled to extend the contract by up to 1 year, provided that Aarhus Municipality gives written notice of this no later than 3 months before the termination of the 3-year framework agreement.
The services on the framework agreement may include the following :
-Advice onmarketability
-Specific analysis tasks in relation to demand and supply
-General market analysis
-Evaluation of properties in connection with acquisitions, including e.g. agricultural areas / perspective areas
-Evaluation of plot sizes, typologies for new planning for resp. business and housing
-Input and quality assuranceng of business cases
-Evaluation of building rights prices on: Business subdivisions, residential subdivisions, large plots, small areas e.g. bus pockets, green wedges, disused road areas, plots in connection with building on rented land
-Qualification of market price in connection with received offers after the end of the tender
