Description:
The customer wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a single supplier. The purpose of the framework agreement is to give the HOFOR group access to legal assistance for the Aflandshage Wind Farm project (offshore). The project is carried out by HOFOR Vind A/S, which will thus be a significant user of the framework agreement.
Pursuant to the framework agreement, the supplier must in the main case perform legal duties within the general areas of law: EU procurement law, construction law, financing law, energy law (including the Act on the Promotion of Renewable Energy - the Renewable Energy Act), insurance law and other areas of public law, including environmentallegal character. In addition, to a lesser extent, legal tasks may occur in other areas of law related to the project.
