Description:
The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to give the Tax Ministry's Group access to enter into concrete partial contracts for the services within the following service areas: Service area 1: IT development and conversion. IT development and conversion includes assistance with a view to fulfilling the objectives of the Framework Agreement,cf. Clause 1 of the framework agreement. The scope of performance includes participation in the work of understanding the market and users' needs, generating ideas for new products, services or functions, drawing up plans for development and implementation, drawing up software design, configuration, adaptation and programmingframework, including design, implementation and establishment of integrations both within the Tax Ministry's Group's systems and towards other systems, including within and towards any future add-on modules to the Tax Ministry's Group's systems, as well as solving tasks of a superior sheetitectural character associated with it. The scope of services also includes preparation and implementation of moving and migrating data from existing solutions (source system) to the Tax Ministry's Group's systems, as well as data washing and testing of routines and procedures for moving data, as well asquality assurance and reconciliation of data between the source system and the Tax Ministry's Group systems.
