Description: The Framework Agreement includes the acquisition of IT consultancy in Microsoft's technology areas for contracting entity's ongoing need for operation, maintenance and development of both existing and new platforms and services. The Framework Agreement must support the needs of the contracting entity for on-site and remote assistance in the technology areas through agile working methods and with a cloud first mindset.

The Framework Agreement is divided into the following five sub-agreements, which distinguish Microsoft's technology areas in order to ensure contracting entity access to specialized and highly qualified competences:

- Development
- Security
