Description:
Denmark has over 600,000 public housing in housing departments of varying size. The housing departments are managed by housing organizations or housing administrations.
Landsbyggefonden has built up the central general building register (DCAB), which is a central building register throughout the generalbuilding stock in Denmark.
DCAB supports the work on robust operating and maintenance plans in the general housing organizations, including ensuring correct allocation for planned and periodic maintenance and renewals in the housing departments, and supports the fulfillment of the requirements for mandatoryExternal examination of the housing organizations' operating and maintenance plans. Among other things, DCAB serves as a reporting portal for a number of reports of data from the general housing organizations and as a basic register for a wide variety of types of data.
DCAB collects, processes and exhibitsData from the housing organizations' reports, the external data from eg. The Danish Energy Agency, as well as data from the external scrutiny. The register is based, among other things. On master data and pedigree data archi from the National Building Fund's master data register as well as building part plaque according to the management's classification version3.0.
