Description:
If the ongoing rollout of district heating in Tarnby Municipality, Tarnbyforsyning Varme A/S needs to purchase energy meters to read heat consumption by the citizens of Tarnby Municipality. It is also expected that Tarnby Forsyning Drag0r district heating A/S will need to purchase energy meters til reading of heat consumption by the citizens of Drag0r Municipality in relation to the expected upcoming rollout of district heating in Drag0r Municipality.
The purpose of this tender is thus to offer and enter into a framework agreement for energy meters, where the parties to the agreement are the winning bidder and Tarnbyforsyning Varme A/S, and where Tarnby Forsyning Drag0r Fjernvarme A/S has the option to participate as a drawee on the framework agreement during its term.
The present tender thus includes a main delivery of approx. 5,300 energy meters for Tarnbyforsyning Varme A/S and an option of approx. 2,900 Energy meters for Tarnby Forsyning Drag0r Fjernvarme A/S. The framework agreement has a term of 4 years, with an option for the ordering party to extend for a further four times a year.
One framework agreement will be awarded to one supplier.
The framework agreement is irrevocable for both the Ordering Party and the supplier for four years from its entry into force. Framework agreementone thus runs for four years with the possibility of extension for four one-year periods. The framework agreement will be extended without notice, unless the Ordering Party notifies the winning bidder otherwise....
