Description: The purpose of the framework agreement is for the customer to replace the current electronic carriage books with a GPS-based fleet management system that can manage the customer's car park.
The fleet management system is a way to keep an overview, control and manage its cars. The customer wants the fleet management system to register the employees' current ID card, RFID card-1K MIFARE CHIP. The framework agreement also includes continuous delivery and installation of the fleet management system for all service cars in the customer's car park and also when the customer buys new cars. All of the customer's service cars have today installed electronic roadbooks with GPS Tracker and ID pole reader.
In the past year, the customer has had an average of approx. 382 service cars located at the customer's addresses around the country. The service cars can be used by all customer's employees.
About 50 service cars are replaced annually, which must have a fleet management system installed/installed.
