Description:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers a framework agreement for the provision of advice and analysis, development, support and maintenance of selected IT system portfolio. The framework agreement is divided into 4 sub-agreements. Each partial agreement constitutes an independent framework agreement. The 4 sub-agreements are: - Internal systems (Sub-agreement 1) - TC Pthe lat form (Sub-agreement 2) - Externally facing systems (Sub-agreement 3) - IT security (Sub-agreement 4)
Sub-agreement 1 Internal systems
The customer has approx. 60 internal applications. The applications range from the Intranet (Umbrella) to applications developed specifically for the individual department. It happens regularlygt changes to the Customer's internal applications. New applications, functions and technologies are introduced while existing applications, functions and technologies are changed, updated or phased out. The sub-agreement includes consultancy on advice and analysis, development, maintenance and supportregarding the applications covered. Reference is also made to Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 for an in-depth description of services and applications.
Sub-agreement 2 TC Platform
The Trade Council (TC) is the part of the Ordering Party which solves tasks for Danish and foreign companies within export, innovation, internmentalization and investment promotion. The sub-agreement includes consultancy on advice and analysis, development, maintenance and support regarding The Trade Councils platform (TC platform). Reference is also made to Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 for an in-depth description of services and applications.
