Description: The Housing Office Denmark is a general management company, as the association aims to act as an administrator and consultant for the association's members who are constituted by general housing organizations with general housing associations as well as independent institutions. On behalf of the members of the association, a framework agreement on client consultancy is offered on renovation, new construction, extension and rebuilding. The offered framework agreement is divided into 2 sub-agreements from a geographical delimitation:
- Part Agreement 1: East (Zealand) - Framework agreement Builders consultancy / East
- Part Agreement 2: West (Jutland and Funen) - Framework agreement Builders consultancy / West.

Prior to the launch of the Offering, the Housing Office Denmark has obtained the consent of the 57 members participating in the Offering and Party of the Framework Agreement. Appendix 1 to Framework Agreement contains a member overview by sub-agreement 1 (39) and sub-agreement 2 (18).

For each sub-agreement, a framework agreement has been entered into with 3 suppliers, ie. 6 in total.
