Description:
The offer includes a framework agreement on the purchase of carpentry and carpentry services to the State Serum Institute. The State Serum Institute has a total area of about 110,000 m2 with about 75 different buildings. The work contains preventative, remedy and sustaining maintenance of the contractor's building stockBoth inside and outside. The work includes ordinary carpentry and joinery work.
Please note that special conditions apply in several places, e.g. In buildings with laboratories. This means that there are special quarantine requirements in terms of. Contact with rodents and that the supplier's executing staffis required to review SSI's vaccination program as well as associated health examinations, if work is to be carried out in these buildings. The framework agreement includesFurthermore, smaller contracts (projects), where the services have a total value of less than DKK 1,000,000 excl. VAT. The framework agreement including the general provisions for construction and construction (AB 18foren) with the deviations stated in Annex 6, constitutes the total contractual basis between the parties on executionof services covered by the framework agreement.
