Description:
The Building Authority's construction cases range widely in, among other things, new and extension, modernization, renovation and maintenance, etc. It is therefore important that the Danish Building Authority has a builder consultant who possesses this breadth in its competence profile.
The Building Agency is a professional builder, The majority of the tasks that are described in the benefit description for client consultancy are responsible for. The Building Authority's construction cases are largely handled as total contracts under the Danish Building Authority's strategic framework agreement for total contracts. Here will the builder advisor in some cases should contribute to the preparation of a construction program, ad-hoc professional advice during the design, examination, the Danish Building Authority's project-specific payment plan, selected developer supervision during the execution and participate as the Building Authority's representative at the performance test in the execution phase.
