Description:
A) The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority appoints experts pursuant to section 347c of the Financial Business Act to monitor financial companies in order to oversee the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority's business. Appointment can be made for a period of up to three years, with the option of renewing the appointment period. Appointed as an expert witnessg is personal.
B) The position as an expert is a legal service, cf. the Public Procurement Act § 21, no. 4, letter e.
C) The Danish FSA will award a framework agreement to one company regarding the provision of a suitable candidate for specific positions and subsequently enter into supply agreements on availabilityappointment of an expert for the individual appointment periods.

A) The Danish FSA appoints experts pursuant to section 347c of the Financial Business Act to monitor financial companies with the aim offloor the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority's business.
