Description:
SKI offers, on behalf of the affiliated Danish municipalities, a framework agreement on diabetes products.
The framework agreement is divided into 3 sub-agreements.
Sub-agreement 1 and 2 are geographically divided sub-agreements with an identical range. Sub-agreements 1 and 2 are sole supplier agreements. Sub-agreements 1 and 2 are binding for the tenConnected customers. However, it should be noted that this is an area covered by Section 112 of the Service Act, according to which citizens have free choice and can choose to buy products from suppliers other than the one assigned to their sub-agreement.
Sub-agreement 3 is a nationwide agreement with a range within products for cowscontinuous glucose measurement. It is expected that three suppliers will be assigned to sub-agreement 3 in a cascade with direct allocation, cf. for details in Annex D to the framework agreement. Sub-agreement 3 is voluntary for the connected customers to use.
It is described in Annexes A and A.1 which customers can use the framework agreement.
