Description:
Servicemaegleren A/S is pleased to assist FAB - Fyns Almennyttige Boligselskab (Hereafter referred to as the Client) with their offer of cleaning and window polishing. The task concerns the execution of programmed cleaning of stairwells, washing and drying rooms, function rooms, real estate offices, etc., as well as window polishing. The Principal's daily users consist mainly of residents and the Principal's property officials. The task is divided into 3 sub-agreements. It is maximum possible for a tenderer to win two (2) partial agreements in this tender, but offers can be submitted for all three (3) partial agreements. Partial agreement 1 consists of 25 departments and has a total Area, Working, Avg. of approx. 2,255 m2. Sub-agreement 2 consists of 15 departments and has a total Area, Working, Avg. 1,904 m2. Sub-agreement 3 consists of 30 departments and has a total Area, Working, Avg. 2,096 m2.
