Description:
This tender notice applies to the realization of a comprehensive plan for Riisingsparken with renovation and conversion of 147 homes.
Riisingsparken is a multi-storey building located in the eastern part of Odense only 4 km from the center on Risingvej and Glentevej.
Prior to the tender, the Ordering Party has fewt made a building program with a view to rebuilding and renovating Riisingsparken. In the building programme, particular emphasis has been placed on meeting requirements for accessibility, a good indoor climate and illuminating the building parts that require maintenance or replacement. It is not the intention that the architecture in it bestoe building is challenged in its essentiality by the bidders. However, proposals are wanted for solutions for the planned shared laundry which is located in the middle of the plot as a new building.
For further specification of the task, refer to the Building program appendix 6A.
The residential area (BBR) is a total of 8383 m2.
TheyOn the basis of the building programme, and in collaboration with the Client, the winning tenderer must complete the design and subsequently carry out the overall plan for the Riisingsparken.
Overall, the task contains the following:
•Renovation of 111 homes "Lightly renovated homes" where the homes are easily renovated with, among other things, newe kitchens, new sanitary ware in the bathroom, new piping, electricity and ventilation.
•Remodeling and amalgamation of one home.
•Remodeling of 36 homes into "Accessibility homes" where the homes are completely renovated with, among other things, new lifts, new balconies, new kitchens and bathrooms, new floors, new doors and new covers/entrances...
