Description:
The Prison and Probation Service is looking for a supplier who can conduct nationwide treatment of the prison sector's inmates as well as supervisory clients who have committed violence in close relationships. The benefit is described in more detail in "II.2.4) Description of the tender". The estimated annual contract value is approx. 2 - 3.4 million DKK dependent of the final agreement concluded. The estimated value is based on historical consumption as well as on expected future consumption. The contracting entity points out that this advance announcement of the declaration of interest will apply to the contract, which is concluded for a 4 year period with the possibility of extension in 2 x 1 year. The contract will be awarded without further publication, cf. 3, unless interest is received from more than one supplier. Interested suppliers must notify the contracting entity of interest in the contract in the form of a written indication . The deadline for receipt of this is 29.08.2025, at. 12.00 and must be sent to the contracting entity digitally via the system.
Reference is made to tender no. 398728 shipped 8/7 2025, which relates to the same procurement, but which was unfortunately created incorrectly from the contractor's side.
