Description:
In order to reduce the number of citizens with long -term courses on sickness benefits, job clarification and cash assistance, Fures0 Municipality wants to investigate the interest in entering into an agreement on a social impact investment with case management of approx. 200 citizens who are visited for a specialized offer for up to 3 years - as well as a learning course with case discussion and teaching of employees in the field of employment. The tenderer provides help with the efforts while supporting the competence development of the job center's employees. Tenderer is honored only by returns in terms of fewer expenses for support equal to or greater than the investment.
There are 2 betting tracks and 1 learning tracks:
In the first betting track followed 120 sick leave Citizens and citizens of job clarification who are at risk of losing a foothold in the labor market. Citizens are followed for 2 years.
In the second betting track follow 80 Activity-ready cash assistance and educational aid recipients. Citizens are followed for three years.
In the learning track, Fures0 Municipality must be supported in an optimal implementation of the upcoming employment reform, where the main focus is a result and job-oriented effort and to strengthen the results for the target groups.
It is determined in the contract that the total payment to the supplier, in the form of returns from fewer expenses for support for Fures0 municipality, cannot exceed a total of DKK 17,000,000 distributed on the 3 tracks.
