K0ge K0ge K0ge A/S (hereafter "Builder") is in front of an extension of the wastewater treatment plant in K0ge, as the wastewater treatment plant must be able to handle the removal of micro pollution (the "project"). The developer has decided in dialogue with K0ge Municipality to overfill existing legislative requirements for removing the removal ofmicro pollution, as the developer will first and foremost remove micro pollution from all of the wastewater volume that is directed to the K0ge region's wastewater treatment plant and not only from the wastewater from the expanded Zealand University Hospital as a point source prescribed by the legislation. The project is by the Danish Environmental Protection Agencybeen appointed as a lighthouse project under MUDP (Environmental Technology Development and Demonstration Program), and receives grants to develop the new cleaning solution. It is the builder's assessment that the realization of the project's objectives can only be done using a combination of Oxyblye Bio3 TM andCarbablue Uptm. The builder has therefore, without a tender, entered into a separate contract for the project's technology package with a consortium consisting of Suez Water A/S and EnviDan A/S (hereafter the "consortium"). The consortium stands for the total technology package containing process design, design, delivery, assembly andRunning of the project's Machine and Electricity/SRO part. The consortium also prepares an indicative building design, which must be adapted to the technology pack. The building contract must therefore be carried out in close cooperation with the consortium.
