Description:
The tender relates to total consultancy (architectural and engineering services) regarding planning, tendering and construction of New Stoholm School. The total consultant must assist the Client in coordinating the construction process during the entire planning, proposal, design and execution phase as well as handover, 1-year reviewg and commissioning. The construction must be offered as a public contract. The city council has granted DKK 125 million. DKK excl. VAT for the project, and the governing financial framework for the consultant's solution to the task (artisan costs excluding VAT) is approx. 100 million DKK. It is expected that the city council will add moree 10 million DKK extra for the project in connection with ongoing budget negotiations. This will cause the tradesman's expenses to increase to approx. 108 million DKK. The final financial framework will be announced in mid-November, i.e. before the offer deadline expires. The final economic framework may matterg for the amount of the contract's value, as mentioned in the executive order's section II.1.5.
