Description:
The project includes the renovation of the oldest part of the Herning Swimming Pool from 1970.
The concrete renovation includes a new promenade deck in the 25-meter hall, renovation of the external concrete structures, removal of the audience stairs in the 25-meter hall, renovation of changing and shower facilities.
Roof renovation:New roof covering, insulation as required, and replacement of all the oldest skylights
Replacement of all the original windows on the north facade in the 25-metre hall.
PCB remediation: The original elastic joints around windows and doors have a high content of PCBs, therefore it is planned that these primary wedgesremoved and adjacent building parts sealed.
Fitness room: Reconstruction of area with exercise machines.
Technical installations:
Design of new installations under and in promenade deck for 25 meters and jump hall
Design of new ventilation systems for 25 meters and jump hall, which must appear as tenpurchase order
New water and heating and electrical installations in the changing and shower area.
