- The tender concerns total consultancy (architectural and engineering services) in connection with the construction of a new daycare center called "B0rnehuset i Naturbyen" in Middelfart Municipality. Totaladviser's services are based on a prepared concept proposal and deal with programming, planning, tendering and building constructionfor day care for 24 nursery children and 110 kindergarten children with associated outdoor facilities and playgrounds. The project is a bare land project with an expected gross floor area of approx. 1,264 m2, located in a brand new district in Middelfart - Naturbyen, where sustainable urban development goes hand in hand with nature restorationand afforestation.
