Description:
The tender includes the acquisition of a Security Management System (SMS) for the Correctional Service. It is a software-based system with digital integrations for existing security and fire engineering systems on the correctional service's registers. Integrations include ABA, ADK, AIA, lighting, cellcalls, burglar alarms, perimeter monitoring, intercom and TVO. The delivery also includes all necessary services in relation to set-up, programming, installation, commissioning, etc.
The tender concerns the purchase of SMS for all types of registers in the correctional facility, i.e. prisons, detention centers, KIFs, etc.
Potential suppliers who wish to participate in the market dialogue must send an
Expression of interest.
The SMS tender will be offered as a tender with negotiation according to the Defense and Security Directive with expected publication in the 2nd quarter of 2024. The Digital Agency's standard K02 contract will form the contractual basis for the tendered agreement.
The dialogue meetings with the selected suppliers will have a maximum duration of 3 hours, and will be held in a meeting room at the Directorate of Correctional Services. The time for the meetings is 17 and 18 January between 9.00 and 15.30. The meetings heldds individually and physically. Closer to the time of the meetings, the selected will be informed in more detail.
