Description:
The present EU tender includes an agreement on total consultancy regarding the conversion and extension of Allerslev School, which is located at Bispegardsvej 2, 4320 Lejre, and Hvals0 School, which is located at Skolevej 5, 4330 Hvals0.
The agreement on total consultancy is offered by Lejre Municipality (hereinafter "Builder"). Sexthe tract includes qualification of the annex 16 attached to the tender - Technical feasibility study for the two schools as well as design of the tender project, including implementation of user involvement, design, building petition and commissioning permit. Total advisor also assists with delivery and1-year review. In addition, the task includes bidding for the projects in two separate main contracts as well as assistance in connection with contracting the winning main contractors. Finally, the total consultancy agreement includes planning of the execution projects as well as construction management, professional supervision and assistance in forbindelse med aflevering.
