Description:
This tender concerns the renovation/combination of a number of apartments in 3 separate buildings in department 1627 Byhusene, located at Christiansfeldvej 4A and B, Olaf Ryes Vej 12 and H0ppners Gard 8, 6100 Haderslev, for Haderslev Boligselskab.
The task for Catarinaheim includes the listed main buildingning and surrounding buildings, which will undergo a renovation of primarily the climate screen - as well as work inside, which will in future ensure a better indoor climate in the homes in the main building.
The task for Olaf Ryes Vej includes work in two buildings that were built in 1923. The damage is repaired on thetwo buildings' climate screens - primarily roofs, masonry and plinths. Protection against rising ground moisture is also carried out at the plinth and inner walls. Internally, 12 homes are being expanded.
The task for H0ppnersgaard includes furnishing homes for family homes, which must be done by almifinal remodeling and amalgamation of housing.
