Description:
This tender concerns the renovation of 84 apartments in department 403 Holbergsvej/Rahbeksvej, located at Rahbeksvej 3-25 and Holbergsvej 10-26, 18A, 18B, 22A, 28A, 28B, 7000 Fredericia, for the Housing Office Fredericia (hereafter referred to as Bygherre).
The task includes, for apartment buildings, accessibility renovationering of 40 apartments on the ground floor.
The task includes, for apartment buildings, renovation of 40 apartments on the 1st floor.
The task includes, for intermediate buildings, the renovation of 4 apartments on the ground floor.
Exterior works include, among other things, new supply lines, sewerage, rainwater, earthworks, constructionconstruction work, construction work, facade work and roof work.
Redecoration of the apartments on the ground floor (floor flats) is being carried out, including raising the ground and floor in stairwells, so that the accessibility requirement for a self-reliant wheelchair user is met.
