- Description:
- The purpose of the tender is to enter into partial agreements with one or more suppliers for the furnishing of the newly built Frederikvaerk School, including the furnishing of classrooms, common rooms, craft and music rooms, etc.
The tender is divided into the following three partial agreements:
- Partial agreement 1: Student chairs, student desks and teacher's desksle
- Sub-agreement 2: Various furniture, including tables, chairs, stools and storage
- Sub-agreement 3: Stage boxes, lounge furniture and motoric furniture
The offered furniture is to be delivered and set up before Frederiksvaerk School is put into operation on 3 January 2023.
If it is not possible for the tenderer to submit new onesfurniture available on partial agreement 1 and 2 before 3 January 2022, the supplier can make loan furniture available until the new furniture can be delivered. For sub-agreement 3, it is accepted that loan furniture cannot be made available and thus that the delivery deadline can be postponed.ver to submit offers for one or more partial agreements.
