Description:
This tender concerns contracts for the provision of Danish education to adult foreigners, etc. in Aalborg and Rebild Municipalities (Client). The client is obliged to offer Danish education in accordance with the Proclamation of the Act on Danish education for adult foreigners, etc., currently LBK no. 1372 of 22/09/2022 (Danish Education Act). Not all course participants have the academic and learning skills to be able to benefit from module teaching on Danish education 1, and therefore the contracts must also include the possibility of offering alternative teaching, so that these course participants get a usable spoken everyday Danish without getting an actual Danish education.
In connection with the implementation of this tender, the Ordering Party points out that Aalborg Municipality will issue a control bid. If the control bid turns out to be the most economically advantageous, seen in relation to the award criteria, the tender will therefore be canceled and Aalborg Municipality will continue to carry out the task itself, including Rebild Municipality's course participants will be covered by Aalborg Municipality's education offer.
Provided an external supplier/tenderer submits the most economically advantageous offer, Aalborg Municipality's staff, who are employed at the municipal language school, will be covered by the transfer of business, cf.
