Description:
With this tender, Aalborg Municipality wishes to obtain offers for the provision of statutory audits as well as supplementary audit services.
The audit task thus includes the overall statutory audit of Aalborg municipality's accounts, including financial audit and management audit as well as special statutory obligationstige reports, among other things, in the social area. That is all accounts and accounting areas belonging to Aalborg Municipality, including also accounts for profit centers, independent institutions and other external institutions, foundations, endowments, etc., for whom Aalborg Municipality is responsible for accounting.
Requirementsfor the Tenderer's services in general are described in more detail in the requirements specification - appendix A with sub-appendices, while Aalborg Municipality's requirements for terms of agreement appear in the draft contract, cf. appendix C.
