- This tender relates to renovation, including the reinforcement of Darum-Tjaereborg Dige, located between Tjaereborg and Darum. For detailed information of the scope offered, reference is made to the project description of the tender material, cf. Appendix 5.01.
Agreement basis for the offering is ABR18 with EsbjergMunicipality's additions and waiver.
Tenderers are made aware that COWI has prepared the pre -project for this project. The pre -project is attached to the tender material. The builder has taken into account in the tendering schedule that tenderers have sufficient time to get into the pre -project,Just as the full material for the pre -project is made available. Thus, the builder has, as far as possible, reduced the importance of the advantage that COWI may have related to insight into the pre -project.
Builder states that areas for the nature project have not been finally purchased by publicationof this tender. The builder expects negotiations with landowners to be in place by exit 2025. Reservations are made for the supply to be canceled if the areas for the nature project, as expected, are not achieved.
Similarly, the builder reserves the right to take the nature project out ofThe advisor's benefit, and without the advisor being entitled to reimbursement.
