Description: This offers implementation of energy labels for Vejle Municipality regarding:
• Energy labeling of all statutory energy labels in properties owned by Vejle Municipality
• Total extent approx. 550,000 m2
• Controlling for execution is expiry of energy labels - therefore the greatest volume in 2022 and 2023
The supply is divided into 2 sub-agreements; respectively 1) properties low priority and
2) Properties High priority incl. Buildings below 250 m2
The energy labels must be used by municipal properties in their daily maintenance and operation of the properties as well as in renovation tasks. The contracting entity wants a professional partner who can provide high quality energy labels and possess the necessary capacity to meet the customer's wishes.

In the preparation of the individual energy markers, the contracting entity expects that the reports create an overview of the current energy status on the properties, help identify good energy savings in the individual building, and are easily applicable.
