The above companies are also a party to the Framework Agreement. The three contracting entities can each draw on the framework agreement as needed. Norlys Holding A / S is the accession of the organization and implementation of the Offering, but Framework Agreement is concluded by all parties. From contract start, it will primarily be Norly's Holding A / S and N1 A / S, who draw on the agreement. N1 Randers A / S's drag on the agreement will pose a small part of the overall needs. Due to planned system and organizational changes during the contracting period, it is expected that in the long term mainly will be Norly's Holding A / S, which will make features on the agreement on behalf of all parties.
