Description:
Nordvaerk needs to enter into agreements regarding winter services (in the form of smoothing fighting and snow removal) for its sites for the winter season 2025/26 onwards (which is then referred to as the "contract"). Nordworks define the winter season as being from October 1 to April 30).
Referto the other tender material for a detailed description of the scope and running time of the contract, Nordworks requirements for winter services and other terms regarding the contract.
Nordvaerk has chosen to divide the contract into 16 sub -agreements. Reference is made in this connection to the document Appendix 1 - Sub -Agreements for oneFurther overview of the sites covered by the individual partial agreements.
Tenderer has the opportunity to submit offers on one, more or all part agreements.
In addition, the tenderer has the opportunity to make offers on more sub -agreements than the tenderer wishes to be awarded. IfThe tenderer wishes to submit tenders on more sub -agreements than the tenderer wishes to be awarded, the tenderer must also complete the section on this in Annex 1 - Sub -Agreements. The tenderer must indicate here how many sub -agreements that the tenderer wants to be awarded and prioritize the sub -agreements,As a tenderer chooses to make offers.
Nordvaerk has chosen not to divide the contract into additional partial agreements, which may be, for example, in geographically smaller part agreements. This is mainly evident in the Subsequent Contract Management of the Northern Works.
