- Nordvaerk is a waste community owned by seven Nordjyske municipalities: Hj0rring, Br0nderslev, Jammerbugt, Mariagerfjord, Rebild, Laes0 and Aalborg. Nordvaerk is responsible for waste collection from 400,000 citizens and the operation of recycling sites in Hj0rring Municipality, Aalborg Municipality, Br0nderslevMunicipality, Rebild Municipality and Jammerbugt Municipality. In the autumn of 2024,
Nordvaerk offered and signed a framework agreement regarding the purchase of new waste bins (as well as the purchase of spare parts for these). However, Nordvaerk also has a number of existing waste bins that Nordvaerk - to some extent - canLifetime extension when replacing spare parts (such as lids, plugs for lids and hooks for genubug containers for electronics).
This tender therefore includes a framework agreement regarding the purchase of spare parts for existing waste bins (hereinafter referred to as the "framework agreement"). The framework agreement isDivided into two sub -agreements:
• Sub -agreement 1 relates to the purchase of spare parts for the existing waste bins that Nordvaerk in its time has been supplied by the company PWS Danmark A/S.
• Sub -Agreement 2 relates to the purchase of spare parts for the existing waste bins that Nordvaerk in its time has been provided byThe company Joca Trading A/S.
Reference is made to the other tender material, cf. 1.5 - including in particular the requirements specification and the offer list - for a detailed description of the spare parts covered by the framework agreement.
