- The tender is implemented in accordance with section II of the Tendering Act (Act No. 1564 of 15/12/2015 with subsequent amendments). Egedal Municipality hereby offers the task of collecting and transporting the recyclable waste fractions, ie. Plastic/food and beverage cartons (MDK), paper waste, glass, metal and cardboard.Contract start is 1. October 2026. The length of the contract is set at 6 years with the possibility of extension for up to 2 times 12 months. Requirements are required to bidders must drive CO2-neutral in Egedal Municipality. Ie that tenderers must be able to document that the driving in Egedal Municipality in connection with collection and The transport of the reusable fractions can be considered CO2 neutral. Collection vehicles must therefore either run on a propellant that is considered CO2-neutral in itself, cf. the Danish Energy Agency's energy statistics, or the renovator must make CO2 compensation for the CO2 discharged in connection with with driving. Gas-driven collection vehicles must either run on a type of gas that is considered CO2-neutral in itself, cf. the Danish Energy Agency's energy statistics, or the renovator must make CO2 compensation for the CO2 emitted in connection with the driving. Must run on HVO diesel and the renovator must make CO2 compensation for the CO2 that is discharged in connection with the driving with whom is not required on how the CO2 neutrality is achieved, just that it must be documented.
