General:
Total advisor must prepare and implement EU tender incl. Pre-qualification for 2 total contractual prizes, respectively, machine contract and construction centers. The tenders must be designed as a function offer.
The total advisor must carry out the evaluation of received offers, participate in contract negotiations, coordinate between the machine contractor and the Construction contractor, and supervision throughout the construction phase and finally carry out submissions. The total advisor must perform both building management as a conservation.
